My FT5R2 is a year old and has worked like a champ. The PSU tanked, and I got a new one. Installed, 24V 500W PSU, works, prints, heats evenly, no issues.
HOWEVER, the LCD is garbled when the PSU is on, fine if powered by just the USB cable. It clicks and flashes randomly while printing.
Is it possible that the LCD broke? I did accidentally rest the printer on that side gently and briefly, but I'm concerned that that damaged it. But is does work fine when only powered by the USB.
The PSU was set for 24.3, I dropped it to 23.85 to see if it was an over voltage issue. No such luck.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
