Simple fix. Email everyone and just tell them we are running 2-3 weeks behind and sorry. We can understand that. Not sending an email out when the first date was missed. Then not sending an email out when the next 6 shipping dates (I was giving 6 more dates that is was supposed to ship) are missed, that's the issue. People are told you are going to get it by this date, then nothing. Then you email and they don't reply.
Its his own fault. Its call lack of communication. Just like I said above. Mass email everyone who had a ship date of the 3rd and say "Do to issues we are force to push the date back 2-3 weeks, we are sorry and working hard to get them out". I would understand, its new and they are having issues getting all the part, there was a ton of orders. What ever it is just tell us. Then I am not worried it will be here in 2-3 weeks.
Think about this. You just paid $800 for a 3d printer in advance. They don't ship it on your ship day. Then they dont email you why or whats going on. You feel like maybe they are scamming you. You send them and email and they dont reply. How is a customer supposed to feel?
Csorrows you did an awesome job on the manual. It looks great.
Edit: I got my tracking number!!!!! So excited to put it together. Also kinda scared. Never put one together from scratch, but thanks to LordBeowulf video I am not so worried. So thank you LordBeowulf for your video and Csorrows for your good manual pics and instructions.
