Lurker just venting.
I bought My FT-6 in Nov of 2018. Got busy, didn't unbox and start assembly until Jan 2020. Boo me.
I start assembling the thing, and discover that one of the Z-drive base panels BFP-05 is dented and warped.
Ok, I'll see if Folger Tech will replace it? Send an email 16 January requesting a replacement.
FT team returns my email on 20 Jan, says, yeah, we'll replace that should be there soon.
I get an automated email on 27 Jan saying its being prepped and shipped, here's your tracking number.
Time passes - no part On 17 Feb, I email requesting status. I get a response - We sent a msg to shipping to check on this. We'll get back to you soon.
USPS says item is still in pre-shipment today 3 March (five weeks from tracking email). Folger tech 'order' status shows it as fulfilled. No further updates from FT.
