The manual is actually in constant development. I am in open communication with the person working on it. The issue is, it is much more difficult than it would seem to get all the details correct. I have no clue who had written the original manual but it was admittedly very bad. I managed to fiddle my way through it, but it was full of errors.
That being said, it is a huge amount better than it was originally. I feel it can never be perfect but it gets better as time goes on. If you read the bold print on the sales page, it does mention needing related skills but this apparently gets ignored by some buyers or they feel they possess skill sets that they do not.
Folgertech is well aware of this forum. It was discussed with John before it's creation. I do not know how much of it is read by them as you do not have to register to read the threads. I do bring the big issues up with John yet he has no obligation to follow my advise. They are a VERY small company and do trust that they are trying their best.
