Let me start by saying I owned a small company and am fully aware of the challenges associated with running a company. That said, if you do not tend to customer service you will not be in business much longer, because some other company will make it cheaper. The thing you can control is how you treat your customers.
A number of glaring issues are:
- You do not accept phone calls from customers. This is fine if you are going to be responsive via some other mechanism, but you are NOT.
- Making a customer pay for the product before it is ready for shipment is wrong.
- Sending a printer kit without a printed manual or any reference to where someone might find said manual. I understand that we are mostly propeller heads, but just a reference, or even an email with "hey, here is where you can find the manual, etc.
- I'll stop here because this is crossing into a rant.
I have had numerous problems with my kit being shipped, now trying to get parts that are missing... I have sent emails with no reply.
Can someone please recommend how I can get what I paid for at least?
Sorry for the rant...
