I am working to print another hand for the e-Nable organization using FilaFlex. The filament calibration used was similar to the stand procedure for PLA and ABS. However I am not sure it matters. There was not much difference in the quality between the first cube and last cube. Below are the setting to use as a starting point:
Hotend Temp @ 245C
Bed @ 0C
Speed @ 30 mm/s
Layer Height @ .15
I found significant improvement on 7th run by setting my Extrusion Multiplier to 1.125. The standard filament calibration got me close but the layers didn't start bonding until I reached this setting. Also the 7th cube had some quality issues after 5mm Z height. I believe this is due to the vertical walls flexing just a little. On the 8th cube I printed to 2 vertical perimeters to give the walls strength. The pictures below show the improvement.
One perimeter vs two! You can see the quality issues in the light reflection of #7....there is also a bit of ringing that I need to address - a typical FT5 issue!
