I have been trying to get a hold of the tech support for about 6 weeks but cannot get a response. I seam to be missing parts which at this point I'd be happy to pay for, I just need to get them and cannot find them on the website. Has anyone had luck getting a hold of them?
I sent an email to them a week or so ago with no response. This is also on their pages for all of their printers: "Currently sold out well shutdown during Covid-19 Pandemic."
Looks like they are closed for the time being.
That was my fear. It sure would be nice if they could at least return an email. Many of us are telecommuting right now to the tune of 9+ hours a day of calls so I know it's possible.
